New Support Service for EPBF Participants with Cancer

CancerNavigator is a new no-cost service available to all EPBF Participants and Dependents on the health plan. CancerNavigator provides education and guidance to cancer patients and their families as they navigate the many decisions that follow a cancer diagnosis.

The CancerNavigator service is delivered by oncology-certified Nurse Navigators, backed by a team of researchers and data analysts. Our team helps cancer patients:

•	Understand their specific diagnosis & treatment options
•	Discuss any questions related to their clinical situation
•	Schedule appointments quickly with centers that are well-equipped to treat their specific cancer type
•	Prepare for upcoming doctor visits related to cancer
•	Access wraparound support for emotional & mental health, transportation, and community and family resources

Languages: Bilingual nurses are available for Spanish-speaking Participants.
