Vision Benefits:

Plan 9F medical Network:
Members enrolled in 9F will be moved from Community Blue PPO network to the Highmark PPO Blue network. This move will provide access to additional UPMC facilities and physicians that would have been out of network in the Community Blue PPO. To avoid out of network balance billing, members should check with the provider before making an appointment
